This tea, cultivated by minorities, comes from the mountains of northern Vietnam in the region of Lao Cai. Shan tea comes from ancestral large-leaf tea plants that are also found in Yunnan, the Chinese border province. The liquor is characterized by a slight astringency and a serene facet that becomes more pronounced with age. It can be brewed until it is exhausted.
