Produced in the mountainous region of Lai Chau in northern Vietnam, I selected it for its velvety texture, its notes of stewed fruits and dry wood that perfectly match an afternoon pastry. The warm colors of a tarte tatin will support its intense copper tone.
This is a full-bodied tea with warm autumnal accents, ideal for an afternoon break but also very pleasant as a morning tea to wake up gently with a sweet or savory breakfast!
