During the Tea or Coffee tastings, Michael McCauley introduced us to cascara, a new drink that is causing a sensation. It is the dried pulp of the coffee cherry that surrounds green coffee beans. Its hot or cold infusion reveals fruity and tangy aromas reminiscent of hibiscus. It is energizing, slightly caffeinated, and very thirst-quenching. We offer a carefully selected vintage of Bourbon Yellow Arabica cascara from Brazil. To sip throughout the day!
