Hojicha & Orange Cream

This cream has the consistency of a delicious, slightly sweet praline. It is composed of Hojicha tea powder bringing its toasted notes, accentuated by the crunch of barley, combined with the sweetness of almond, the deliciousness of candied orange, all enhanced with a subtle hint of cinnamon. A pure delight to spread or to incorporate into recipes.
