Qimen, a red tea from China's Anhui province, has notes of leather and wood, but also of cocoa. In the idea of a gourmet drink, a hot chocolate with water, I have accentuated this cocoa aspect by adding bean bark which gives a subtle chocolate and caramelized nose. The combination of this tea with the cocoa bark brings an energizing and almost nourishing side without the calories!
