Produced in the Blavet Valley in the heart of Morbihan in Brittany by Weizi and Denis Mazerolle , founders of the Filleule des Fées garden, this green tea comes from 100% of the Trevarez cultivar present for more than 60 years on the Trevarez estate in Finistère . We can speak of an eco cultivar which has acclimatized over the years to its Breton terroir and has developed its own specificities. It comes from a spring 2023 harvest. Its dry leaves are long, thin and twisted with a powerful vegetal nose but also almost very delicious chestnut. Its liquor is pale yellow, the sign of a grand cru, with softness, still this vegetal nore and a slightly toasty, biscuity afterglow. It is a rounded tea with fresh and thirst-quenching accents, ideal to accompany you all day long.
To fully enjoy it, prepare it with gong fu cha
