Produced in the Blavet Valley in the heart of Morbihan in Brittany by Weizi and Denis Mazerolle, founders from the Filleule des Fées garden, this green tea comes from 100% of the Trevarez cultivar present for more than 60 years on the Trevarez estate in Finistère. We can speak of an eco cultivar which has become acclimated over the years to its Breton terroir and has developed its own specificities. It comes from a spring 2023 harvest. Its dry leaves are long, thin and twisted with a powerful vegetal nose but also almost very delicious chestnut. Its liquor is pale yellow, the sign of a grand cru, with softness, always this vegetal note and a delicious afterglow, slightly toasted and biscuity. It is a rounded tea with fresh and thirst-quenching accents, ideal to accompany you throughout the day.
