Jakez Hubert, a young Breton tea enthusiast and great fan of wulong, traveled to Taiwan several times to understand the secrets of making this type of tea. Weizi and Denis Mazerolle, founders of the Filleule des Fées tea garden in Brittany, provided him with the fresh leaves of their multiple tea plant cultivars so that he could test different factories.
This vintage, which required 40 hours of work, is the result of this collaboration of more than 2 years of testing and investigation on the part of Jakez to arrive at a wulong tea worthy of the great vintages that can be found in Taiwan or China. continental.
